How many people do we meet and have meaningful interactions with? If you think about it, the number is relatively small: our immediate family, neighborhood or school friends, employers, coworkers, and significant others, all of whom are inside our insulated social group because we naturally gravitate to people who are like us.

Of that small group, how many of them have a chance to show us something completely outside of the norm? An even smaller number, because we rarely engage in any conversation deeper than the weather, current events, gossip, and mutual interests. Religion, science, education, and our cultural and social structures erect roadblocks that cause us to self-censor our thoughts, experiences, and imaginings that are too far outside of the norm. We don’t even seek out or allow ourselves to view new things in books, on the internet, or on social media.

The result of this naturally occurring situation is that most of us never even see, much less experience, anything outside of what we call normal. It’s not that “normal” is defined as one set of concepts and experiences; but rather that every group has its own.

Because we have a natural tendency to stick to what we know and recognize, people and concepts outside of our normal are foreign irritants. We are uncomfortable with the homeless panhandler on the street corner; certain political platforms, personality types, and religious beliefs; different skin colors or lifestyles; and even our spouse for leaving hair in the sink. We don’t usually have the desire to experience things that aren’t already known. What is known is safe, secure, and comfortable. What isn’t can be frightening—equivalent to jumping off a cliff.

The inclination to stay within our norms creates and supports linear thinking, which we use to categorize and judge all that we experience. This paradigm of linear thinking leads to the mental concept that there is one set of truths to which everything in our normal universe must conform in order to be acceptable. All else is unacceptable and must either be made to conform or be eliminated from contact or existence.

Linear thinking is defined like a line: two points in space. Conceptually, this translates to good and bad, right and wrong, high and low, truth and lies.

We can use geometry to describe the four basic dimensions of thinking that affect our perceptions of the world around us:

1. a line, two points in space: good/bad, right/wrong, high/low, a one-truth reality (single dimension)

2. a plane, two dimensions: recognition of the existence of other truths (two dimensions)

3. a solid, three lines, or the addition of depth to a plane: the recognition that other truths are as valid as our own and can coexist peacefully and in mutual support (three dimensions)

4. time: the fact that truths change over time, are transitory, and gradually lose their effect on our interactions with others (four dimensions)

The above list shows that the underlying problem with linear thinking, or one-dimensional thinking, is difficulty in getting along with others. Creating a harmonious living environment isn’t about converting all to one truth (history teaches us that this only results in a lot of bloodshed on all sides); it’s about allowing others’ truths to be right for them, accepting their truths as having the same value as ours, and acknowledging their truths’ inherent right to exist. The result of making this conversion is conversation and negotiation . . . and a lot less conflict.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-16882376903239670122018-06-15T04:52:00.002-05:002018-06-15T04:52:24.400-05:00Going MentalDuring the counterculture’s religious experimentation of the 1960s and 1970s, I was introduced to the old Sikh gurus’ recipe for health and happiness: vegetarianism, fasting, yoga, and meditation. Over the ensuing decades, my use of these disciplines led to the discovery of how food energy affected my personality.

Vegetarianism, fasting, yoga, and meditation are all energy manipulation techniques. Vegetarianism and fasting go hand-in-hand with yoga and meditation because they reduce one’s energy, allowing for a calmer personality facilitating yoga and meditation’s mental discipline aspects. The basic conceptual metaphor is that when water flows through a garden hose (relatively lower energy), it is easier to manipulate than when it flows through a firefighter’s hose (relatively higher energy). With the flow of energy reduced, one’s mind, body, and personality are easier to control. By altering our energy level, we can change how we mentally and emotionally react to everyday situations, and we can build a personality of our own choosing.

The energy level that we sustain creates certain types of thought patterns and emotional responses. For example, increasingly higher energy levels will result in a progression of high energy personality traits: high mental noise, low patience, frustration, anger, rage, closed mindedness, elitism, paranoia, refusal to submit to authority, and sociopathic and homicidal tendencies. Lower energy levels will also result in a progression of associated traits: timidity, fearfulness, lack of enthusiasm, depression, low self-esteem, insecurity, lack of independence or self-respect, purposelessness, and suicidal tendencies.

Various energy levels elicit certain responses from others, depending on the surrounding cultural norms and morals, and therefore affect the quality of our lives. As we lower or raise our energy, we experience various stages of altered reality or consciousness that affect not only our own lives but the lives of those around us as well.

Higher energy levels are harder to control but can manipulate physical reality to a greater extent. Lower energy levels produce observational qualities such as prescience, empathy, intuition, and precognition. Lower energy levels can manipulate reality to the same extent but in a very different, much more subtle manner. Whereas high energy tends to tear down and rebuild reality in its own image, low-energy reality manipulation creates a space for new, spontaneous co-creation; it works with, around, and from within to alter reality. High-energy personalities tend to be very restrictive and controlling, whereas low-energy personalities tend to be more accepting and open to new things.

Too high of an energy level can cause things to start breaking down. People won’t be able to stand being around us and we’ll push imperfect people out of our lives. We’ll grow angrier and more violent to the point we can no longer control our actions or think clearly. We’ll spend a lot of time and effort handling (or mishandling) our energy. Our excess energy will make us do or say things we’ll later regret or get us ostracized from the society we live in, and eventually we’ll recede into our own world. Unfortunately, many people who never take steps to reduce their excess energy wind up in jail or mental institutions or arm themselves in fortified compounds.

Anybody who has experienced alcoholism or drug addiction can attest to the life-destroying effects of extreme energy dissipation. The life we have created begins to break down our home, relationships, health, family, and job. People disrespect us and take advantage of us. We aren’t any fun to be around because we are constantly sick, injuring ourselves, depressed, or always the victim of our circumstances.

Our individual energy level ultimately determines the life we live through its interaction with others and the surrounding society and environment. By learning to use our energy and manipulate it consciously, we can decide what life we will lead and the quality of our experiences.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-71428181208490914632018-02-23T09:49:00.000-06:002018-02-23T09:50:33.582-06:00Energy: The Overlooked Human CommodityPhysicists seek to explain the universe through a unified field theory by observing the attributes of the smallest particle of energy. This is theoretically possible because everything is made of energy; our food, clothing, computers, galaxies…even we are made of energy.

Energy doesn’t ever get used up completely. It gets traded around, passed off from one thing to another infinitely. We expend our personal energy at work and get paid with money (which represents the energy we expended) and trade that money for items others have used their energy to produce (food, clothing, fuel, etc.).

Energy is used to build things which results in a static or stored energy state (our physical bodies, plants, wood, oil). Energy also exists in various dynamic energy forms, such as wave energy, particle energy, and forms that resemble both wave and particle. We don’t really understand just what energy is, but we observe its effects and how it acts, and can harness it for our own purposes based on these observations. Living things use its DNA pattern to create a life form out of the energy it consumes and absorbs. Even what we call inanimate objects of mineral composition, use a matrix pattern unique to its form to do the same thing.

The various types of dynamic energy affect us in different ways, positively and negatively. Sunlight has a mostly positive effect, whereas gamma ray radiation is mostly negative. We have created various devices to sense, measure, and set safe limits on the many forms of dynamic energy we are subjected to. A Geiger counter can tell us how many units of radiation are present. We know that X units of radiation is dangerous to our health because we have observed the damage caused by exposure to X. We know in the presence of X, Y happens.

Food energy is the same. We can burn food (outside the body) and measure how much that released energy will raise water temperature (units known as calories). This provides some relative measurement of the food’s energy when comparing different foods but doesn’t fully describe what the food’s energy effect is inside the body. We can’t watch the energy being released inside the body from the food we eat, we can’t watch the body react to it, absorb it, or use it. We can however, observe the results of food energy effects on the body and mind.

Food’s various externally measured qualities have been shown to react differently once inside the body. High acid content citrus fruit, for example, is acidic outside the body but creates an alkaline condition once it gets inside the body. Additionally, every food has a unique effect on our stored energy level (beyond its caloric content) which affects our strength, stamina, and internal systems (organs, immune system, regenerative system, mental processes).

There is only one instrument that can measure the effects of food energy internally and that is the human body through its senses and physiological reactions. The body can be seen as one big complex device that will indicate food related energy levels. With a little calibration through experimentation, attention to detail, and experience over time, we can learn to use this aspect of the body to our great benefit.

Just as too much radiation or sunlight can cause physical damage, so too can too much food energy harm us. Just as not enough sunlight can cause ill effects, so too can too little food energy. We can train ourselves to use our senses and observe that in the presence of X food, Y happens to our body, and take steps to correct the issue by removing, reducing, or increasing X.

All the little nagging minor health symptoms, many chronic symptoms, and even disease, can be a result of too high or too low food energy. Our immune and regenerative systems, the two main pillars of our health, are largely controlled by the energy we consume. They do not function properly without the right level of energy.

Consequently, we can explore and explain the universe of our body through the observation and manipulation of the energy we subject it to.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-27057278048392271682018-01-23T05:22:00.001-06:002018-01-23T05:23:05.330-06:00DissipationWe spend most of our lives trying to dissipate our energy. Even if we don’t have enough energy we consume substances and engage in activities that dissipate what little we have. We do this because we live in a society that has an over-abundance of energy. Beef, dairy products, and salt are the foundation of our Western culture, all of which are high energy foods.

This diet has given rise to a sub-culture of dissipation: alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, the sex trades, partying, sitting in front of a TV or computer screen all night, and sugar and chemical laced convenience foods. It’s a standard of habits that we grow up in and get carried away with before we can gain an understanding of what we are doing to ourselves.

When we hit middle age, our body goes through drastic changes for various reasons. Our health begins to suffer because we have dissipated our supporting energy for so long that our organs begin to fail, we get cancer, and we become sickly shadows of our former selves. This condition is reversible if we are willing to put in the time and effort required.

The main hump to get over is that our habit of dissipation has trained us to be fearful of any kind of energy buildup. A healthy store of energy has become uncomfortable. Habit retraining and consumption of energy building substances while eliminating the dissipating influences will result in a healthier and more satisfying experience in our senior years.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-6785681112935202482017-12-16T10:58:00.000-06:002017-12-16T11:01:28.611-06:00What Is Healthy? How do we define healthy foods? I define foods as healthy if they cause no net decrease in our health. These foods must support our health and build us up in such a way as to provide sufficient energy and nutrients to maintain our internal systems. Our internal systems require a certain level of energy to function properly. If those requirements are not met, our health begins to suffer.

The confusing issue is that these requirements are largely unique to the individual. Compounding the confusion is the fact that our social and commercial definition of what is healthful changes over time.

We know what we feel like when we are healthy and when we are sick, but most of us, at one time or another, don’t have the faintest clue as to whether something is healthful or not. At first, somebody must tell us the difference—and herein lies the big problem. Most of our ancestral information on how and what to eat and how to live our lives in a healthy way has been run over by the fast-paced and prepackaged life we live. We have lost touch with the earth and what is naturally healthy; we can’t even get that individual information from our intuition or experiences anymore, as our taste preferences have been trained to crave health-damaging, even deadly, foods.

So, we are left to figure it out on our own, reading this or that report, claiming health benefits for all types of products. Additionally, what’s healthy for one person may not be healthy for another. If we eliminate the questions of quality and nutrients, what remains is the individual energy requirement of each person. We can buy the finest quality organic, locally sourced, family-farm-raised, grass-fed beef, confident that it is perfectly healthful. If our energy pattern is such that we need the high energy of beef, then we will thrive on it. However, if our energy pattern clashes with beef, if the beef gives us too much energy, then it will not be healthy for us. Food is healthy if it a) harmoniously meshes with our energy pattern, b) is minimally processed and free of health-harming additives and chemicals, and c) provides the nutrients our body needs.

We can begin to build our personal database of what is healthy or not by observing the early warning symptoms that our body and mind exhibit, and by attempting to correlate the symptoms with our recent consumptive habits. These symptoms (body odor, runny nose, aches and pains, skin issues, infections, constipation, diarrhea, gas, impatience, anger, depression, etc.) alert us to imbalances or deficiencies that can be addressed in a timely manner to avoid illness and disease in the future.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-11793258098356250612017-10-19T06:03:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:37:25.291-06:00New RelationshipsBecome a weepy, whiny, depressed, co-dependent mess several months into a new relationship? Regular sex is the culprit. If you don’t replace your energy loss caused by all the new sexual activity quickly enough, your energy stores are gradually drained, compromising your immune system and negatively affecting your mental state. The issue is compounded by the typical social habits associated with romantic courtship that also drain your energy such as alcohol and drug use, and less sleep.

The issue is easily solved by rationing the sexual activity and cutting out all sweets, fruits, tobacco, caffeine, alcohol, and recreational drugs along with increasing your consumption of whole grains and/or red meat. A few good night’s sleep will also go a long way to rebuilding your energy, stamina, and healthy outlook on life. </xml><![endif]-->The basic concept of the energy manipulation technique is that by being aware of our body’s energy level and quality we can prevent, diagnose, and cure physical and mental health issues. Our own actions (or inaction as the case may be) are largely to blame for most of our pain and suffering.

We cause our own health problems by allowing our energy to get too high or too low, or by allowing ourselves to be exposed to harmful substances such as recreational drugs and food additives to industrial and consumer chemicals.

The body must maintain a system-wide balance of energy as well as an individual balance in each organ or internal system. If an imbalanced condition is maintained for too long, illness, disease, and eventually death will occur. Our energy level and quality are directly affected by the substances we ingest or absorb through our environment.

The regenerative and immune systems are the two main functions of the body that assist in keeping ourselves healthy. The survival of these two critical systems depends entirely upon the energy we supply them, and in return are depended upon by all other systems and organs for their survival and operating efficiency.

Energy balance issues are communicated to us by what we have come to call “symptoms”. Everything from a runny nose to cancer is our own body warning us that corrective action is needed.

By controlling the energy we take into ourselves every day, we can support our internal energy in a positive way and prevent health issues from developing.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-86841687222195085612017-09-16T08:55:00.001-05:002017-12-16T08:38:23.079-06:00Our ChildrenThe greatest gift we can give our children is a healthy diet when they are young. They may grow up and eventually discard any diet we impose, but by protecting them from chemical laden, nutritionally hollow, sugary, or salty foods their body has time to build a strong immune system and internal organs that will carry them well into old age. If we provide them with low quality adulterated foods when young their bodily functions are compromised and begin to break down at a much earlier age. By feeding them a fast food diet, we also teach them bad eating habits that will burden them for the rest of their lives.

It’s easy to fall into the habit of a poor diet raising children. With our fast-paced lifestyle and two income households there is usually little time to cook three meals a day, so pre-cooked and easily prepared convenience foods are hard to resist. Peer pressure to eat candy and junk food is ever present and virtually irresistible to young children through TV marketing. Day care and the public-school system where our children eat once or twice a day are more concerned with economy and profit than healthy food.

The scientific/medical community largely resist the obvious ill effects of a poor diet simply because it’s many aspects haven’t been scientifically proven. While this proof is being sought independently, food corporations are busy with their own propaganda studies that obfuscate the issues in their attempt to protect their profit and market share.

At the very least, most of the food we eat and feed our children should be food that supports health. Three times a day or more we are presented with an opportunity to sustain and even build our family’s health. We create our future health every time we put something in our mouths. Do we want a family that is addicted to the nutritionally hollow and destructive effects of fast food, junk food, and convenience food? Or do we want to provide our loved ones with unadulterated food that supports health and provides them with a healthy future?Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-55739348307361802092017-08-29T09:27:00.003-05:002017-12-16T08:38:58.354-06:00Stiff JointsStiffness and loss of flexibility generally attributed to old age (that can start showing up as early as one’s 30’s) is largely a result of how we eat in our youth. Diets heavy in meat and salt create a perfect storm of dehydration which causes the muscles and joints to lose elasticity.

Any type of prepared meat (muscle) such as sausage, bacon, cold cuts, cured, smoked, jerky, and pre-marinated, inject tremendous amounts of salt into the body. Salt is used as a preservative, taste enhancer, and to cure meats (curing reduces the moisture in meat). Our body must draw moisture from cells in order to generate urine to flush excess salt out of our system. Also, the meat creates high energy and heat which contribute to the excess-salt-induced dehydrated condition.

By simply eating uncured meats and focusing on reducing salt intake, we can greatly reduce the amount of stiffness we experience in our later years. Eating more vegetables and fruits or eliminating meat altogether will greatly enhance our ability to curb the effects of long term dehydration.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-83340685414068348612017-08-21T20:45:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:39:18.186-06:00Why Eat Healthy? Why eat healthy? Why exercise, stay fit, cut out chemicals in the food we eat and pollution in our living environment? It’s so that we can remain active and self-sufficient in our old age. Plenty of people stay active until the day they die. They die of “natural causes”, no wasting away in a nursing home or in a hospital bed, their bodies slowly decomposing until their heart, liver, or lungs stop working. When the time comes, we can just go to sleep and not wake up.

If we take care of ourselves and support our health all our life, we can have this type of end-of-life scenario. If we are constantly eating things and doing things and living around things that destroy our body and mind, we will suffer the debilitating consequences of that life style in our old age.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-58273731504569417652017-08-11T02:34:00.003-05:002017-12-16T08:40:18.148-06:00Too Much EnergyProstate problems? Prostate issues are some of the simpler male health symptoms that can be remedied with the energy manipulation system.

The standard American diet, heavy in meat, salt, and dairy products, naturally tends to cause prostate cancer due to the extreme levels of high energy it produces. A precursor to prostate cancer is the symptom of difficult urination as the swollen prostate (caused by too much energy) pinches the urethra restricting the flow of urine.

When this symptom appears, simply reduce your energy intake by eliminating red meat, lower your salt and dairy intake, increase your consumption of energy lowering foods (such as fruit, sweets, and alcohol), and engage in more energy lowering activities such as heavy exercise and sex. Engaging in regular sex is a critical component of eliminating this type of prostate malfunction.

Depending on your stored energy load, you may need to eliminate all animal products for a while, just long enough for the symptom to go away. (This will also cure full-blown prostate cancer.) Then you can try eating various animal products until the symptom reappears. In this way you can discover your personal animal-product-induced healthy prostate energy threshold.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-17829079317032264232017-07-16T14:55:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:41:18.341-06:00Addictions Trouble with addictions? How do we know if we are addicted? An addiction is easily recognized when we feel the damage an activity is causing our body, mind, or life, but we can do nothing to change our behavior. If we ignore this behavior, our health and life can slowly degrade to the point we don’t have either.

Addictions (substances or activities) will eventually lower our energy to the point our immune and regenerative systems are negatively impacted. Even if we can’t eliminate the addictions, we can modify our diet and environment to help our internal systems keep up. Typically, it’s not the behavior per say that causes our health problems, so much as the fact we tend to not eat well while engaging in self destructive behavior.

If we review the food and substances we normally ingest, and replace energy lowering with energy raising versions, we can mitigate the negative consequences of addictions. Also, eliminating environmental chemicals that we may ingest through breathing, drinking, and physical contact will greatly help our efforts to maintain our health and lifestyle while we attempt living with our addictions.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-89283185670049215662017-06-30T05:30:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:42:31.511-06:00EffectsLooking at the substances we ingest (food, medical, recreational, cosmetic) from an energetic perspective can help us make sense of the reactions and symptoms we experience as a result.

Everything we ingest or slather on ourselves will be absorbed by the body and distributed throughout our internal systems by the blood. All substances affect us in three ways: 1) they will supply nutrients that the body uses for its upkeep; 2) they will provide some type of medical modifier (positive or negative) that will directly affect a specific aspect of our body; and 3) will have a raising, maintaining, or lowering effect on our overall energy level.

For example, if we take an herb or drug for its medical modifying properties without considering its overall effect on our energy level, we may suffer negatively from side effects. This perspective explains the wide range of side effects that can result from a particular medication and why it will “work” for some people and not for others. The variable is the individual and unique energy level of each person. When the energy level is considered and allowed to help direct treatment, side effects can be eliminated or greatly reduced and a much more effective solution found.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-37082564453368140762017-06-19T08:25:00.001-05:002017-12-16T08:43:22.929-06:00Why Do You Eat What You Do?How and why we eat boils down to the interplay between our physiological condition and what food is available to us. Whether we eat to sustain our health or simply to satisfy hunger has a huge impact on our long term health prospects. How we choose to eat in our youth has a major impact on our heath beginning in middle age. Are we simply an organic boiler that we can feed any kind of fuel and expect to stay healthy? The answer is no. There are qualitative as well as quantitative considerations.

Eating simply to eliminate hunger was reasonably safe as recently as 60 years ago. However, the introduction of refined foods, sugar, chemical additives, and eventually a world-wide distribution network (that allows foods from any climatic zone to be available anywhere any time of year) has made that an increasingly dangerous proposition.

As generations of poor eaters come and go, the negative effects of eating without considering the effects of food on our energy and internal systems results in poor health at an increasingly younger age. The baby boomers (those born between the 1940s and 1960s) were the first generation to be exposed to the bulk of the artificial ingredients and chemical laced consumer products that we currently come into contact with every day of our lives. The younger generations will face a prodigious minefield of health harming substances for their entire lifespan.

The explosion of degenerative diseases in the last twenty years is the direct result of the contamination of our food and living environment. 1.6 million new cancer cases a year, 50,000 new cases of heart disease, 1.4 million new cases of diabetes, 50,000 new cases of lung disease, the list goes on, and that is just in the U.S.A. (Data from the CDC website.)

If we don’t start looking out for ourselves, paying attention to what we put in, on, and around our bodies, the greatest generation will be the last relatively healthy one.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-61794602918496795102017-06-09T07:19:00.001-05:002017-12-16T09:00:24.593-06:00Energy and EmotionsThe energy level that we sustain (when compared to our originating energy pattern at birth) will create certain types of mental thought patterns and emotional responses. For example, excessively high energy will result in low patience, frustration, anger, rage, closed mindedness, elitism, paranoia, refusal to submit to authority, and sociopathic and homicidal tendencies; whereas low energy will result in timidity, fearfulness, lack of enthusiasm, depression, low self esteem, insecurity, easily brought to tears, lack of independence or self respect, and suicidal tendencies. By altering our energy level, we can change how we mentally and emotionally react to everyday situations and build a personality of our own choosing.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-85546654535107418152017-06-03T18:05:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:45:19.643-06:00Environmental Impact On Our Immune SystemDo your children get sick at the drop of a hat? Do you feel weak, foggy, or can't get enough sleep? How about suffering frequent headaches, stuffy nose, or allergies? Have you recently moved or renovated? The answer to your family's health problems may be chemical contamination of their living environment.

Newly constructed homes or apartments have building materials with chemicals that have not had time to off-gas as older residences have. Any repairs or remodeling also use new materials with fresh chemical ingredients that will evaporate into the air trapped inside closed doors and windows, contaminating the air we breathe. Sheetrock, carpeting, paint, particle board, chip board, construction glue, paneling, new furniture, and insulation can all contribute to an air borne toxic brew. Some construction chemicals can take many years to evaporate to the point they can no longer affect our health.

Our body can filter out these chemicals but the process will depress our immune system to the point we become more susceptible to infections or sickness, tire easily, our sinuses plug up, and we get frequent headaches Children are particularly vulnerable as their immune systems are underdeveloped.

Keep the windows and doors open as much as possible to allow the chemicals to be vented and diluted with fresh air. Buy a good living space air filter and keep it well maintained. Eliminating as many immune system depressing foods as possible will support the body by keeping it supplied with plenty of energy, as it works to filter out the chemical contaminants.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-5561843869721645612017-05-28T08:12:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:46:20.744-06:00Symptoms - Nature's Early Warning SystemCommon everyday negative health symptoms can alert us to the probability of life threatening health problems in our future. We can avoid these deadly health issues if we learn how to recognize the early warnings and make adjustments to our energy intake in a timely manner.

High energy symptoms such as unpleasant body odor, arthritis, indigestion, headaches, acne, warts, constipation, bad gas, bad breath, high blood pressure, low patience, anger, violence, and rage, can be the precursors for some types of heart and lung disease, kidney failure, hemorrhoids, gout, IBS, ulcers, measles, prostate problems, and many forms of cancer.

Low energy symptoms such as infections, earaches, runny nose, diarrhea, joint weakness, hair loss, low libido, tiring easily, getting sick easily, poor eyesight, allergies, weak fingernails, lack of motivation, depression, and fear can lead to an enlarged heart, diabetes, incontinence, hepatitis, AIDS, ED, STD, liver failure, and some types of cancer.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-77592587371309994532017-05-14T09:57:00.002-05:002017-12-16T08:47:22.316-06:00Couch PotatoDon’t feel like doing anything? Can’t get going with any projects on your days off or after work like you used to? It’s all about energy. When your energy levels are too low you naturally don’t feel like doing anything but vegging out; watching TV, the computer, or the phone. When you allow your energy to build up and stop all the dissipating consumption and activities, you will naturally reach a point where enthusiasm for new projects, hobbies, and chores will return as a side effect of having an abundance of energy. As long as you eat energy draining foods (sweets, fruits, highly processed, chemical additive laced), use energy dissipating substances (drugs, alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, caffeine, etc.), expose yourself to harmful substances in your living environment (paint, plastics, exhaust fumes, petro chemicals, etc.) and engage excessively in energy draining activities (sex), you will be stuck in that semi-depressed existence of just enough energy to survive your day-to-day life, but not really enjoy it. </xml><![endif]-->We can adjust our energy level (and as a result, our physical and mental state) by consuming or abstaining from certain foods. For example, headaches, anxiety, tension, nose bleeds, high stress, sleeplessness, gout, hemorrhoids, and prostate related urinary issues, can be eliminated by eating more low energy foods and reducing our intake of high energy foods. If we normally eat a lot of animal products and we suffer from any of these symptoms, we can try eating more vegetables and fruits, and cut back on the animal products until the symptoms go away. Then we can try eating animal products again and see where our threshold is (what quantity or type of animal product creates the symptom).

The concept is that all foods will do one of three things: build our energy up, sustain our energy, or lower our energy. By adjusting our energy level by eating foods for their effect on our energy level, we can eliminate uncomfortable physical and mental symptoms.
In order to make a decision about what foods to use to adjust our energy, it would be helpful to know which ones create more energy and which ones create less energy. Below are some common foods (and a few recreational substances) listed from the highest to lowest energy generators, energy sustainers, on down to the energy reducers: red meat, pork, fowl, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, wheat, whole wheat flour, white flour, oats, rice, corn (dry corn products-corn meal, flour, etc.), soy products (tofu, soy-milk, soybeans), lentils, split peas, beans (dry beans-pintos, lima, black, red, etc), seeds (sesame, flax, chia, poppy, etc.), nuts-raw, fresh corn, cabbage (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower), celery, carrots, green beans, squash, asparagus, artichoke, avocado, potato, yam, water, peppers, apples, pears, lemon, grapefruit, oranges, grapes, pineapple, banana, fruit juices, dried fruit (dates, raisins, prunes, etc.), tobacco, caffeine, malt syrup, rice syrup, concentrated fruit juice, maple syrup, honey, alcohol, artificial sweeteners, fructose, beet sugar, cane sugar, recreational drugs.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-87115337391270063082017-04-30T08:35:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:54:11.541-06:00Combat The Effects Of AgeAge...it creeps up on us all. We wake up one day and our body seems like it's going downhill fast. We've all been taught that creaky joints, low energy, ED, low libido, thinning hair, and heart and blood issues are more-or-less the natural result of getting older.

Old age and the associated poor health symptoms are simply the result of an overall low energy condition that has slowly accumulated over several decades. People who maintain their energy stores don't slow down in old age. There are plenty of folks in their 80s and 90s still going strong. Our energy stores (deep stored energy or stamina) slowly drain out over time because we eat low energy foods, use substances and engage in activities that drain it. We barely let any energy build up at all and then dissipate it through some type of non-supportive substance abuse or activity strictly for pleasure. After many years of this behavior, we become addicted to it and our condition begins to deteriorate rapidly.

All the low quality food and energy dissipating substances and activities slowly compromise our organs and autonomic systems. Their strength is reduced, and as a result we get sick easier, take longer to heal, our bones become brittle, and our arteries clog up. Our entire personal energy envelope is drastically reduced and can't protect us anymore.

It is possible to turn this condition around. The process takes a long time to see results, but it works. I'm not saying we all will be returned to the perfect health and vitality of our youth, but it will enable us to regain 10 - 20 years of our past energy level depending on the extent of any irreversible damage our habits have caused.

The main concept is that our energy stores can drop so low we have no reserves to prevent damage or maintain our body properly. It's mostly felt in our reduced stamina and cardio-vascular performance, and visually seen in lack of muscle tone and reduced muscle mass (the heart is also a muscle). The muscles are an indication of the condition of our deep stored energy or stamina. As we get older, we are less physically active, our energy intake drops off (because we don't need it to be physically active), our muscles shrink, and our stored energy level is drained. It's a vicious circle of slow physical and mental decline.

In order to reverse this condition, we must eliminate the energy lowering foods and substances, and start consuming energy (muscle) building alternatives. The next step is to replace the energy dissipating activities with physical and mental exercise that will contribute to increased energy storage. We must mentally and physically retrain ourselves to want to hang on to our energy long enough for it to build our body's muscles back up.

By the time we find ourselves in this poor physical shape we are usually addicted to some form of energy dissipating activity such as smoking, drinking, eating sweets, drug use, or sitting on our ass at the office or in front of the TV all day. By replacing those dissipating activities with an exercise program, coupled with eating higher energy foods, we can build up our energy stores once again. Exercise deposits the energy back into our body as muscle, with increased stamina, physical ability, and a refreshed mental state as a result.

It's tough to get started exercising at first because we must have enough extra energy to want to, so that portion of our rehabilitation must start out very small. Start with a few calisthenics at night before bed, or in the morning, and gradually work up to more strenuous activities. Stronger foods (animal products and or protein supplements) must be consumed and energy depleting foods eliminated in order to create the desire to exercise.

Once we begin to experience increased energy through our diet changes, we will be tempted to dissipate it through those substances and activities we are addicted to. We must resist this inclination in order to be successful in our attempt to increase our energy storage capacity. When we get those cravings we must resort to exercise or some form of mental discipline (meditation for example) to control our dissipating urges and allow the energy to be held onto and stored.

Our ligaments, lungs, and heart will rebel against what we are trying to do so we must take it slow. We may damage our muscles or ligaments with over exertion. This can be mitigated by taking omega 3 fatty acid and turmeric supplements, and through support of a chiropractor or physical therapist. Care must be taken to ensure that our heart and circulatory system are in good enough shape to embark on this improvement project. They might need some extra help in case our diet over the years has coated our arteries with plaque and cholesterol. Consider taking some herbal supplements (there are formula that will eliminate plaque and cholesterol and lower blood pressure) or see a medical doctor for tests and medication that will help with this. Our improvement program will not work if our blood system is so clogged that oxygen and nutrients can't be distributed properly to the muscles or we give ourselves a stroke because of arterial blockages.

It may take up to a year or two of gradual effort to be able to see the progress, but the rewards are well worth it in greater physical ability and self esteem, fear reduction, and an increase in our overall enjoyment of life.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-67285808483452022992017-04-17T19:14:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:55:01.227-06:00Insect BitesBugs...biting, buzzing, crawling, itching, little nuisances. A whole universe of tiny diversity that all seem like they want to take a little chunk of us with them. In doing so, they leave us with various reactions: irritated skin, red itchy bumps, swelling, pain, and general discomfort. Since the insects aren't going away, we should look at what we can do to ourselves that might reduce our suffering.

A bite can leave behind bacteria, viruses, and various insect bodily fluids. Our main defense is a strong immune and regenerative system that can quickly process these harmful and irritating vectors and eliminate them from our body. We must provide our body with a sufficient quality and quantity of energy to enable it's systems to do their job properly and quickly.

Ever wonder why some people don't seem to be affected adversely by bug bites? Its all about our energy quality and level. Those of us who maintain a high energy level, and don't load up on poor quality, chemical laced foods can avoid discomfort from bug bites far more often than those of us who don't.

Eliminate foods and substances that lower your energy (sweeteners, fruit, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, recreational drugs, excessive sexual activity, etc.) and eat more energy raising foods such as whole grains and meat. Also, consider eliminating highly processed foods with chemical additives as our body uses energy to eliminate these foreign substances that it could be using to strengthen the immune system.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-71497947800167086602017-04-12T09:43:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:55:24.621-06:00Alternative MedicineUsing alternative medicine can seem like a suicidal dive off a cliff onto the rocks below. Successful use of alternative medicines and practices is all about making something real in your mind that wasn't before, and using something new when your health and/or life is on the line.

The term alternative medicine is a misnomer. The bulk of what is currently called alternative medicine is actually far older than Western medical science and provided 100% of the medical care for at least tens of thousands of years up until the mid twentieth century. In that perspective, mainstream medicine is actually the alternative medicine.

The problem with mainstream use of alternative medicine (herbs, crystals, muscle testing diagnosis, healing touch, diet change, etc.) is that you can't patent it, control the use of it, or corner the market on the profit made from it as its available to anyone to go out and harvest, dig up, or learn how to do. Somebody realized that human disease and suffering is a gold mine of potential profit, and in order to harvest those profits one has to control access to medicine and medical procedures, convince the general public that the freely available sources of healing don't work, and pass laws to make their use illegal. This is normal capitalist procedure applied to human suffering...acceptable when you are talking about commodities and widgets, but not acceptable when you are talking about human life.

Everyone is born with the authority to keep themselves healthy with anything that will help. We are taught to give that authority to certified professionals, corporate drug manufacturers, and the government. </xml><![endif]-->Does it seem like everybody around you is getting cancer? Worried about getting it? I saw a news article last week where medical scientists are now saying some forms of cancer are inevitable. That is a really sad outlook on life. Inevitable is not the correct term to use. We all have cancer, it's natural for the body to develop cancer, we just don't have to die from it if we pay attention to the signals our body gives us. Our immune system can successfully eliminate cancer cells if we keep it strong by eliminating the food we eat, the substances we expose ourselves to, and the activities we engage in that diminish it. There are inexpensive blood tests that can show the level of what are called cancer markers. These markers indicate the presence of cancer cells and tumors. If you have too many markers in your blood then you can take action to reduce them and keep the cancer from getting so strong you can't fight it. Whether you choose to use chemo and radiation therapy or alternative medicine to fight cancer the key is early detection. Western societies are awash in cancer causing substances in our food, the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the clothes on our back. We must pay attention and take action when required if we don't want to become another cancer casualty.Jeff Murrayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02754502002482847029noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5673333384988483632.post-18611362579899414372017-03-26T08:05:00.000-05:002017-12-16T08:56:11.730-06:00Anger Management<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>
